I suppose it's not a bad day when you are headed out the door with your purse and pants and shoes even had my car keys! Just forgot I needed a bra and a shirt. I inhaled a big amount of lactulose after that. Thankful I didn't go out but it's time to get a babysitter for me I think.
So that was an actual post ? .. well i can relate to that
I have found jars of coffee in my fridge and not the cupboard. I have purchased the same items three times out shopping, i forget what i am saying half way in a conversation. My spelling is bad yet i always had great writing and even that is all.scruffy and non readable. The list is endless... yes i take lactulose but it makes me feel.sick.
It was a real post. The woman who had the experience gave me permission to repost it. We had a pleasant discussion of life in liver land. Well, pleasant might be overstating it but sometimes if you can't chuckle you have to cry.
One of my goals is to help make the challenges liver patients face because so many find themselves invisible compared to things like diabetes.
I can also relate to this lady‘s story although haven‘ t quite gone topless yet . I have driven to the doctor’s in my slippers in the snow, I would forget my head if it wasn’t screwed on and before a bowel movement I am almost comatose.
I don’t take lactose but I take a plant based product to support colon function called OptiFibre and find this really helps to regulate bowel function and reduce bloating.
