I was recently diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver. The way I understand it, I can fix the problem through diet and exercise. That's all good and fine but I still do not understand what exactly fatty liver is, what the symptoms are, etc. I would SO appreciate connecting with people who can help me. Thanks much,

Im new on this forum too. Ive been feeling fatigue for a year now and doctors have given no hints, except blood tests showing high cholesterol and Triglycerides and an abdominal scan which showed that my liver was fatty! I have many symptoms of Hypothyroidism, but my blood-tests come back in the "normal" range. I have been clutching at straws to find a way to get better...
Just recently I have resorted to the Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse. I have passed lots of green stones, which could well be cholesterol balls from my liver... Im hoping that this "unconventional" method does the trick for me... On another level, I'm looking into Wilson's Syndrome (also widely discredited) and, just recently, Advanced Logical Methods, which I'm finding fascinating theory - Haven't tried it yet..
It is said to be a method for cleaning out the cholesterol accumulated in the liver and gallbladder. The originator of this method was called Andreas Moritz.
