Welcome to the Living Well with Fatty Liver and NASH Community for support of fatty liver disease!

We’re very glad you have chosen to be a part of our community. The Living Well with Fatty Liver and NASH community supports individuals affected by fatty liver or NASH disease. Whether you are an individual who has been diagnosed, a care-partner, family member, or friend, we hope this community is a safe and supportive place for you to share your experiences and find information and support.

This community is moderated by HealthUnlocked.

The Living Well with Fatty Liver and NASH community is part of HealthUnlocked, a network of over 200 conditions and wellness communities from organizations you know and trust. My husband has fatty liver live in Goldsboro NC. Do you have references for Dr.s in our area for treatment. He is having lots of nausea and not a lot of energy. Love

I'm new to the forum. I have Nash. I've also got fibromyalgia, under active thyroid and osteopenia!!! Hope you are all as well as can be xxxx

Hi Lynn, my name is Mary. I have NAFLD, NASH stage 2. Less than a year ago I broke my heal walking on the treadmill. March 16 I fractured my fibulia. They are waiting to get me in for a bone density test.

My question is osteopenia related to your NASH?

I don't think so, think it's more related to my fibromyalgia. So sorry you are having a bad time. I'm wait to hear when my scan will be. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

Good morning. Tomorrow is the day bone scan at 9:00, x-rays at 1:30 Dr at 2:00.

I'm so disappointed. My Dr just called my liver enzymes are still rising.

Oh, that's such a shame. I had my dexa scan yesterday, they phoned on Tuesday with cancellation. Get results in a week . How are you feeling now? Xxxx

How are you feeling now? I actually got some sleep last night, probably cos of exhaustion!! That means no sleep tonight!! My husband gets off to sleep as soon as his head hits the pillow!! Some people have all the luck!! Take care xxxx
