I have been on fixed time eating plan and dinner before 7 PM and breakfast after 9 AM. This gave me 14 hours of no eating window, once in a while it can be difficult to have dinner before 7 PM>
I have manged to keep away from type 2 medication and have also lost weight, new cloths this month as old cloths are not fitting properly.
I have watched many video clips produced by many doctors and also in Tamil language.
Because I had COVID-19 in October, I have few health problems and slowly recovering from them.
