Hi everyone,

As we know many people have put on weight especially during the lockdown so it’s good to see fasting recommended as a useful tool for weight loss. I think the key is when IF is done in a healthful way and having adequate sleep at least 7 hours is also helpful in many ways. So our food choices are obviously important and my attitude to losing weight and my eating choices is that empty calories should be removed in place of nutrition.

I believe that fasting can help reset our relationship with food as it’s so easy to take up bad eating habits that eventually have changed our relationship with food into an unhealthy one.
