31 March: save the date!

The first Sunday of April is Easter Sunday, because of that I am planning to move my next monthly fast forward and begin it on the Wednesday before. I intend to fast for 84 hours, not eating Maundy Thursday, Good Friday or Holy Saturday. My Catholic upbringing makes that seem very appropriate.

I will enjoy some Easter treats on Sunday, maybe even a hot cross bun.

Of course, starting after a feast is also an option.

More closer to the date!

Hi SB!.. just checking in here on the F&F forum. We used to be a very chatty bunch here! All gone rather quiet these days. Boohoo!-- Are you still planning to start your fast on Wednesday? I may join you to trial a 24 hour fast. Haven't done a planned fast over 20 hours for a very long time, but feeling like it about time to start pushing my 'window' a little bit to see what's comfortable now. Hope your weekend is going well? :-)

Maybe there is not much to say about not eating!

Yeah, still planning it.
