I normally eat 10:00 till 14:00, but I have dinner scheduled this evening, so I had my pot of green tea this morning - and I will have breakfast late afternoon.

The other option is to eat OMAD today - but I am at my target weight.

Edit - I felt hungry - so I had breakfast early afternoon!

Sounds like a solid plan, especially just after a 68(?) hour fast.

I've come to really enjoy Green tea in the mornings when I'm not eating. Have a nice dinner tonight 😊
