If I eat three meals a day... at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00... that almost qualifies as OMAD?
I need to eat more to maintain (and to top-up my glycogen for the walk next Monday) - I could eat in the afternoon, but it seems more logical to continue 20:4 and have a "mid-morning snack"?

I've been thinking about this and if you are preparing for a walk I'd consider having a shorter fasting period and 18:24 would give plenty of time between meals.
