I've had bell's for 11 days now but I'm getting headaches pretty much all the time, behind my ear & base of my skull. Is this normal?

please help, why am I having severe face twitching. does this mean im getting better. I have had bells for ten days. still paralysed face ey

I have had slight Bells Palsey firstly in December and now again, I have now had it for 4 weeks, I also have double vision .
