I've had bell's for 11 days now but I'm getting headaches pretty much all the time, behind my ear & base of my skull. Is this normal?

Hi, I've had Bell's palsy for 12 months now & in the first couple of weeks had pains behind my ear which is one of the symptoms & is normal.

last sunday...developed problem...ct scan said front left lobe damage..stroke.....4 doctors said , stroke.....all treatment for 3 days , was for stroke....then i declined mri scan...as have serious claustrophobia......consultant said without MRI scan....could not confirm CT scan , stroke.....confused me........i did have problems with right arm and leg and down my neck and shoulder....also similar symptoms as above post...had double vision.......serious weakness to right arm and leg......speech changes but seems worse now.......continual headaches....on steroid.....not made any difference, to my condition...depression increasing and agitation..............eyesight worsening........on right eye....
