I have in the past, but as I suffer with reoccurring Bell's palsy, I'm currently working on retraining everything. It's not a quick recovery. Took a couple of years persevering with physio exercises the first time. Not had long enough between the last few episodes to get it to that point. It's a case of being patient I'm afraid.

I’m in the process of trying to delink my eye from the mouth and stop the eye muscles overcompensating for other facial muscles not working. I am improving, it’s been a year now. Still a way to go, so not thinking in the short term.

What exercises have you been doing to delink all that you mentioned? Did you get help for doing this from a physiotherapist? Sadly, where I live, finding qualified help is a losing battle, so any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I got BP 3 years ago and have synkinesis similar to what you’ve mentioned you have.

Thx so much & best of luck to you!
