hi im tins from the Philippines

i had bells since 3 y.o. now im 40 and no improvemet at all. i only had physical therapy treatment only 3 years ago its very late and receive no steroid therapy at all

now im suffering fr excessive eye tears on the affected left side of my face.

i have heard botox treatment and electroconvulsive therapy? can someone advice me where can i seek those treatmrnt in the Philippines...do i have to return to Pt doctor? Thankyou very much..glad of community like these
