To get the best out of EXI it's best to sync your activity at a minimum of once per week

If you're also in a position to do your health checks, it's great to keep track of your progress over time too!

You might see a reduction in your resting heart rate or an improvement in your 6-minute walk test. Maybe your blood pressure has dropped a bit or your mood has improved as you continue to become more physically active.

Celebrate your accomplishments and get credit for the positive changes you're making!

Have you got plans to get active this weekend? I'm visiting a friend by the seaside this weekend and there are some great walks locally, so I'm hoping that the weather is fine so that I can explore and get some more activity minutes logged!

I will start my walk on my Fitbit and then see if I can get my heart rate into the right range for my EXI intensity. I'm looking forward to the achievement of closing an EXI ring each day for the weekend after a busy week of work. I won't manage a Gold badge this week but I'm going to try for the Silver and I'll be very happy with that if I get there.

Have a great weekend everyone! If you're having issues or have questions with EXI please email info@exi.life and I'll get back to you on Monday!
