All very well asking for number of steps when you walk but unless you have some sort of electronic aid it is rather difficult. It does not help if you are under the doctor for various ailments but one does ones best.

Hello Trev123 - if you carry your phone with you as you walk, it should track your steps and these should sync with the app when you open it.

Even better is to use the EXI app on your phone to record your walk - this will help you to measure your activity minutes while you are out and about, and allow you to enter more detail such as your heart rate and how you felt after your exercise!

EXI is designed to help people who have health conditions increase their physical activity safely over time, so I do hope we can help you indeed. If you'd like me to take a look at your account and give you some tips specific to your phone model and your circumstances, please could you email info@exi.life so that I can assist further!
