Apparently 62% of us share anxiety in relation to the care we receive or try to access. That’s rather interesting! I am following the 12 week plan and the exercise has put a little ‘fight’ back into me. I have been diagnosed with four separate issues and have spent 18 months trying to get to see specialists…….and my GP (actually the nurse clinician….i ve not manage to see a dr yet) is constantly asking me how is my mental health. My mental health would be fine if only I could get the answers I need regarding my physical health. I m having to be cautious with exercising due to bone on bone knee problems, a hiatus hernia, pelvic organ prolapse …….i have no idea if I’m helping myself or making matters worse! The weight issue of course is ‘significant’ on my NHS record (bordering on merely overweight/obese) but sadly the organ prolapse which causes me considerable distress and stops me enjoying so many everyday events is just ‘minor.’ 🤪
