I’m in week two and my weight went up by 2kg I didn’t want to record it. But I know it’s muscles or I think it is because I’m lifting more weights than ever and I feel stronger so we keep moving💪🏾
Hi, I am on week 9 and finding weight loss very disappointing, I have however noticed a big improvement in my mental health. I have had severe depression for many years but can now see a positive lift in my enjoyment of life, my sleep has improved and I am not spending all day hiding at home. I would still appreciate the weight reducing but the hospital team say not to pay to much attention to the scales but to focus on the long term lifestyle and dietary change.
