just thought I’d share that for me exercising in the morning before the start of the day and before the family are awake really sets me up for the day. I find a huge sense of achievement having done a simple walk or quick cycle before the day starts, knowing that after work I can spend some time with the family and try at least a few times a week eat together as well. When do you exercise and what works well for you ?
