3 year old poop withholding journey

My 3 year old daughter has been poop withholding on and off for a year. Lucky she has never had any poop accidents because I would never let her go more than 3 days without a poop- I would put a suppository. She was on senna for 3 weeks and we slowly weened her off until she would poop everyday on her own but only in the nappy. A few months after we weened her we tried to get her to poop on toilet and she started to withhold again. We started her on senna again slowly bringing her from 7.5ml to 2.5 ml. She now goes in her nappy while sitting on the toilet. Im scared to take her off senna but dont want to keep her on for a long time. Please advise. Im running out of tears.

Do a toilet routine, with dolls and bears. Make a game of it. To show they don't need nappies. I did a potty game with my 2 oldest 1 struggled so got her going with all sorts.

will do. She finally went at my mom‘s house with a nappy butt sitting down at least on the toilet. I feel like it’s just such a long, tedious process.
