baby poos once in 5 days now gradually increasing to once in 7 days

my baby is 10 weeks old. She was pooing initially once every 2 days now increased to once in 5 days and this time 7th day nothing yet. She is on aptamil formula plus breastmilk. She is very gassy, strains and cries to fart. Paediatrician gave her a trial of extensive hydrolysed formula milk did not reduce her gassiness, now back to previous formula. I have never seen her producing hard stool but she just strains to release gas. GP gave Lactulose did not make any difference. I am worried this straining might cause harm in future and what to do with this increasing interval between poos?

Try a tiny bit of prune juice might be ok. See the doctor/health visiter in-case its the milk baby's on. Hope this helps
