5 year old already on cosmocol and been soiling several times a day again only at school

My 5 year old so has been on cosmocol about 18 months now. Hes complained of daily tummyaches for over 2 years.He had cmpa as a baby and despite following the milk ladder he has never tolerated cows milk.He was toilet trained at 3 years but when started reception he started soiling. We made the move to stop all dairy and things slowly improved. We've had him checked for allergies etc. If he has dairy he also develops a rash around mouth and diarrhoea. We've been managing fine but the past 2 weeks he's started coming home either with poo on his pants or having soiled himself at school. Hes been complaining his tummyaches wre worse.He says he can't feel when he needs to go. Today I picked him up and the accident was so bad it had gone through his clothes onto the chair. His poo is soft and bitty/ flaky and stinks. He said his tummy hurt he couldn't feel the feeling to go. I'm at a loss what to do. The accidents seem to happen after lunch. One after school club teacher had the cheek to say to me today we toilet trained him too late! He doesn't have accidents at weekends or school holidays.
