My little boy keeps having accidents in school?

Hello, my little boy is 4 and in reception in school. When he first started school he had no problems at all using the toilet but as we've moved on into the new year he's started having accidents in school and point blank refuses to use the toilet! We ask him why and his reply is that he's scared and will only use the toilet at home and not in school.

He's trying his hardest to hold it in but where he's that desperate he just has the accidents! Is there anyone who can give me some advice on what to do because me and the school have tried everything we can and coming up with nothing?
