We have just completed disimpaction process with my daughter 4 days ago, started to reduce the dose from 12 to 4 sachets but have noticed that there are still marks in her underwear.
I’m not sure if this should be happening? The leaflet we were given says that there shouldn’t be any more overflow soiling. Starting to wonder if we should increase the dosage again?

Did you get watery stools with no lumps consistently for three days before you started t reducing the doses down extremely slowly ie one sachet every three days?
We had watery stools at 12 sachets and carried on for 3 days. We were actually told to reduce to 4 sachets after that and then adjust accordingly. Not sure here to go from here as we are still getting what looks like overflow soiling in underwear.
It looks like you reduced too quickly, I would disimpact again and this time reduce the doses down extremely slowly ie one sachet every three days until you reach a suitable maintenance dose to remain on. By reducing too quickly you have no way of knowing what the true maintenance dose should be.
