My recently potty trained toddler always has a morning wee (7/8am) and some days she won’t go again ALL DAY! Some days she goes morning, afternoon, evening. But it boggles my mind how she can not go all day. I know it’s linked to fluid intake, and on the days she drinks less she does pee less. But surely... seems extreme! Is this a phase she will grow out of? Is she causing problems? Is this normal? Will monitor for the next week & speak to the GP but any comments before would help.

Witholding is common. Encourage regular potty sits.
Hi .. I’m almost in the same situation as you. My son holds it all day that sometimes he just does once in whole day. Can you give me update on how is it going on your side?
Morning,
She’s grown out of it, thank goodness! She still needs to be told to go foe a morning wee as she’d prefer to play and put it off. And I do encourage visits in the day too. But she also takes herself off for wees too. She goes a few times a day & no longer holds it all day, but is stubborn at times.
Good luck. Must be an age thing!
