Hi, my 8 year old daughter won’t wipe her own bum, she is repulsed by the thought of it? She won’t go for a wee at school in case she has a poo and actually wet herself yesterday she was so desperate. She has a school trip coming up where she’ll be away for 3 days and i need to try and fix this or she won’t be able to go. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

oh bless her thats so awful, she needs a bidet!! Presume that youve tried wet wipes and bribery. So sorry dont know what else to suggest. Would she be happier practising on a baby ,if you know of one.Good luck x

We had a similar problem. I waited til he wanted something badly and used it as a reward for bum wiping and used wet wipes.
