Experience with overactive bladder

Hi, our 4yo has recently been prescribed Lyrinel. However it's only in tablet form and the tablet can't be broken in half. I've tried giving it him in yogurt to no avail. Does anyone have any advice? We're at our wits end and need to give these meds a try.

Lyrinel is not recommended for children under the age of five, I would ask for something else. What tests have they carried out to establish your 4year old has an overactive bladder, it's just that 4is very young for such a diagnosis.

We have oxybutinin in tablet form. We crush it in a pestle and mortar, then mix it with orange juice. Just have to make sure you stir well just before drinking, as it will all settle at the bottom otherwise! Good luck!
