Bowel problems and stomach pain.

Hi everyone, for about 6 months my bowel habits have changed a lot, i was severely constipated for about 3 days on and off every week for 2 months, then it began to ease but I would still struggle to poop a lot. Then, I had awful stomach cramps on and off for a few months which has also eased a little. However, since about 2 weeks ago, my constipation has been the worst it has been for a while, I have to bend over and grab my feet to push even a little. Also, my stomach has been making very unusual noises throughout the day for the past month and a half, it’s like a gurgling and I have suffered with an ache on the bottom left of my abdomen, near my colon, it hurts the most after and before a bowel movement. PLEASE HELP!

I don’t know your age, but take dulcolax or and enema before it gets any worse
