hard stool ? (tmi)

i’m so sorry to post this but I’m really concerned. I haven’t had a bowel movement in 11 days but I finally was able to go about an hour ago... this is what it looked like. I’ve suffered with chronic constipation for five years but I’ve never seen it look like this. What could this be? Should I be worried?

It looks like old hard poo, I don't think it's anything to worry about. 11 days is a long time, the poo will have started to dry out making it become hard and lumpy.

Are you on any stool softeners and laxatives?

I would try taking something like Laxido, which is quite gentle, but the main thing is to drink plenty of water I think.
