Constipated 22 month old help!!

Hi, any tips on constipation? My 22 month old has had it for a year and now constantly give her lactulose? Dr is no help at all??

Hi Kerry,

I'm sorry to hear your daughter is constipated. There are lots of different laxatives your GP could suggest and whilst Lactulose has its place, the best one for children with constipation is usually a Macrogol laxative such as Movicol, Cosmacol or Laxido.
