Help with soiling and constipation

Hello, looking for help. My 3.5 yo has been wetting herself for a while (after being completely toilet trained), she then started soiling herself (small amounts of runny poo) several times daily. We think she is constipated and having leakage. However she does still do full poo’s fairly frequently - albeit pretty hard ones. I have seen two doctors with limited success. We have been told to take 1 sachet of movocol a day... (have been doing for about 4 weeks) this has made her poo softer but she is still soiling herself and sometimes still has very hard poos. Does anyone have any advice? She starts school in sept and I am at my witts end. 😢
