Advice please incontinence of urine

My jounery with my 6 year old daughter in April it be 3 years when I started toilet training she incontinence if urine never been dry after paeds appointment went 2nd opinion with incontinence nurses we ended up in Cardiff her referral letter was 31st of may last year we saw a paediatric surgeon on the 31st october who seems too think either dysfunctional voiding or a ectopic ureter he told us we looking at 8 to 12 weeks to go in for cystoscopy and urodymincis.we now been told it's 36 weeks before breeching we only on 18 weeks.what I would like to know how long have other parents had to wait for this for their child can't believe it's been 3 years we no where close to an answer school nurse is useless her teacher don't care less that my daughter urinating in class to be told 36 weeks before she breeches is 11th of July so far that's reception year 1 looks like year 2 in Sept with nothing done .my daughter be 7 in October
