Constipated 6year old with sever overflow

My son is 6 years old and on a lot of medication for his constipation however has severe overflow from his bowels 8-10 times a day . Any advice is appreciated

I wish I could help I am in the same position. So much medication and still so much overflow. I am going to have to start disimpaction again but I have no idea when - it takes so long and the summer holidays are full of long planned day trips and an actual holiday.

I know non of this helps but I just wanted you to know you are not alone in this.

Do you have a specialist bowel nurse?
