I bought the Pjama shorts for my 9 year old son who was going on his first residential with school. Yes they are expensive but worth it as he then didn’t need to worry about having to tell the teacher his bed was wet or his friends finding out. Worth it for the peace of mind alone if you can afford it. Also, the customer service was really good-I had ordered two sizes and needed a bigger size. They sent out the replacement as soon as I contacted them.
I bought them for a residential too and thought they looked quite obviously unusual on. They also puffed and were very heavy out when wet so I didn’t feel they were a subtle disguise.
Honestly it’s so upsetting and stressful preparing for any overnight trips with a bed wetter. I bought the sleeping bag liner from the Eric site which you can put inside a sleeping bag and that was brilliant for a trip. He figured out how to kick off wet short and wriggle out of the sheet and put on clean shorts. He then had a dry night! 😂
