My four old soils his clothes

Hi I’m new on here and I need advice/support. My 4 year old son keeps pooing in his pants he refuses to sit on the toilet. He will stand in the corner and just poo in his underwear. It’s so frustrating when I take him to the toilet he has a tantrum. We’ve had him checked out by the doctors and everything’s fine. He’s not constipated. He goes to have a wee no problem. Is there any parents going through this kind of situation? If so please any advice. Thank you.

Sounds like witholding (enopraxis) they are scared and won't poo on purpose ... but some leaks out. He needs to be treated asap or he will get constipation and issues. Go back to the GP, use ERIC or NHS direct pages to show the issue.
