Darryl, thank you for creating and posting this video interview. It confirms what I too have often wondered about a slight shortening in my penile length post-radical prostatectomy.

What was even more helpful though were the final 1-2 minutes of the discussion re: all the various treatments that I've tried (and I've tried all mentioned) and still rare hardness in erections. "Veinous leak" is a new concept for me, and one that I will be learning more about as I think it's what's going on for me.

Thank you for providing our community with such current, pointed and leading edge education. So much appreciated! What do other guys here think about this discussion?

My veinous leakage problem has been controlled by a device called the Eddie by Giddy. I have been using it for several years. It is an oval shaped semi-rigid ring that is wider than it is tall. Unlike most rings that compress the entire circumference, the wider width of the Eddie puts less pressure from the sides. This allows the arteries (incoming blood) to stay open. The top edge of the Eddie put pressure on the dorsal (top) veins trapping the blood. I can't stress this enough, I still MUST use Viagra or tri-mix to open the arteries but I can use half as much or less and get an erection like I was a teenager. Also, sizing is extremely important. I have no affiliation with this company. I'm just sharing my good experience.

This is information they should give you before the surgery. I would have taken my chances. My prostatectomy was a wrong decision
