The most commonly reported side effects in clinical studies in patients receiving Cenforce were: a headache, redness, dyspepsia, visual disturbances, nasal congestion, dizziness, color perception disorders, and allergic reaction.

If your erection lasts for more than 4 hours, you should immediately contact your doctor.
