Hi,

I've been diagnosed epileptic about a year ago and have been on Epilum 300. I haven't had any seizures since then. I was told by my brother that I shouldn't have caffeine and was wondering if this is true?

I did have a cup of coffee not long after my last seizure and felt very nauseous. I avoid energy drinks as well because of this.

Thanks
