Could tinted glasses whilst using laptop, reduce the 'glow' off the screen, I have epilepsy for 'many' years, thus less chance of a seizure?

I am 68 retired, but a bit of a history nerd, I like writing, researching, I live on my own so sometimes early in the morning, have had a pair of glasses for close screen 'work' , but actually found just a simple tint decreasing the glow from the screen about 12 inches in front of me, helps I suppose making sleep a bit easier? Simple ?πŸ‘€πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘Œ
