8 years ago I had a cycling accident I was on my last day of annual leave and doing a charity cycle ride and I was knocked off bikein which I almost lost my life. The results being amongst other things I developed epilepsy. Bringing people up to the present day I am scared to go out on my own because I have had seizures when out on my own where I have wet and soiled myself which has mortified me so now unless someone is with me I won't go to out at all I am still having 3 or 4 seizures a month

Sounds, understanably, as if your mental health is affected. Do you have an epilepsy nurse? You could at least have pads so you are not embarassed if you have a seizure. Perhaps a local epilepsy or Headway group could help find someone to go out with. Good luck with finding local support.
