As the title says

There are too many options out there

i am really struggling to pick one even after loads of research

would rather have it on an app than paper form

i find it easier to record and keep track of things using tech

Thank you in advance

hi Charlie90

We are aware of the following two apps you could look into.

Epilepsy Ireland has a smartphone seizure diary app

epilepsy.ie/content/epileps...

Epilepsy Foundation (USA) also has smartphone seizure diary app.

epilepsy.com/tools-resource...
