I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. My son is 27 with autism and started seizures at age 12. As far as autism, I thought we were doing well and honestly it is the least of our problems since epilepsy but I will tell you that he was on 11 different medications and even did the pre test for seizure surgery but about 16 months ago he went onto depakote and has been seizure free for 14 months. So I guess what I am saying is that I hope you have the same success with your sons Med as my son has had and he is happier on this Med. He was defeated with all of the Previous seizures. Sending lots of prayers your way. You are not alone.
