Video Eeg

Who can tell me what to expect with a video eeg? I’ve never had one of the video eegs before just the one that takes one to two hrs. I’m getting ready to have one done as soon as my insurance gives an okay for it. What I’m reading though is that it’s done over several days with having to spend the night in the hospital. Who can tell me more about this? Thanks for all responses in advance.

HiYour arrangements may be different to those in the UK. But here is our information on a video EEG . We call it videotelemetry. Here it is possible to have it done either in hospital or at home.
