Report to your doctor if not adjusted by early next week. 125mg is a low dose! I used to be on 500mg a day for 15 years!

Yeah low dose, mixed with 3000mg Keppra 😢 that extra 25mg has hit me but neurologist said should settle & leave a extra week before next increase. Thanks for replying

I used to be on 3500mg Keppra with 500mg Lamotrogine for 8 years!👍 Good luck!

I struggled when my meds were upped. Lamotrigine upped from 100mg eventually to 150mg in 25mg increments. I didn't expect it as it was only a small increase but it settled down after about 2 to 3 weeks and has been OK since

Glad I’m not the only one then with such a small increase who struggled, roll on 2 more weeks but the. Increasing another 25mg 🤦🏼‍♂️
