Meds can have a big affect on our attitude as in behavior. If such med does this to you, you may need to change medication. I went through the same while on Depacote. The moment I was off of it all was calm. Hope the best for you. 😊
Hi I'm still new on Vimpat and am currently being weaned off Tegretol... This is a 12 week process in total, but done 6 weeks now. Side effects so far, tiredness, occasional irritabitability but will persevere with the 12 week cycle and take it from there. Am increasing Vimpat dosage every 2 weeks by 50mg. Are you still on Vimpat?
My son has been on vimpat for years. It is one of 3 meds but he hasn’t had any issues. He takes 400 mg, 200 am and 200 pm. Good luck.
