My daughter is suffering from what the doctor says it down sydrome, she is 2yrs now, she bearly can't sit, talk or even play with toys,she doesn't move. i feel some kind of relief when i read some of the post people are posting knowing maybe some day she will be like others.

I hope you hear from others in our HealthUnlocked community, as sharing information and experiences can be a really good idea. Can I just check you also know about the Kenya Association for the Welfare of People with Epilepsy [KAWE] This is a non-profit making organization that provided various support and addresses issues of people with Epilepsy living in Kenya.

I know about the organization and i have never get any help from them, Living in lower class life i have tried to register mu daughter in this organization because she need equipment for her to sit on she cannot stand of play even to hold a toy it difficult for her . I always take her to portoriez hospital in Mombasa where there are there are different doctors from outside Kenya who help her in therapy as physiotherapy.
