Epilepsy and your wellbeing is our free online course, designed to help you to manage your epilepsy, alongside some of issues that could have an impact on your wellbeing.

The course is broken down into simple bite-size sections. This means you can complete the course in one go or a bit at a time, whatever suits you! It includes useful information on wellbeing and epilepsy, how to keep a seizure diary, seizure triggers, memory, epilepsy medicines, and stress.

Wellbeing is all about feeling good and functioning well and this online module provides tips, tools and information to help you achieve that.
