Abnormal EEG with Spina bifida seen TIAs late Mother had with severe MID [multi infarct dementia] effecting function

What about MID multi infarct dementia[ alzheimers]TIAS & spina bifida scarred kidneys [ sepsis] fatty liver abnormal EEG hormonal imbalances dysmennorea[ endemetriosis [ cancer?} [ bladder muscular] one ureter too many , cardiac function poor I am 73 yrs my leaking bladder is opening fully as cough with no warning or direction .Without diuretics for PH my primary lipo-lymphoedema & dysponea would have no care or assistance without self funding .
