I’ve been taking lamictal (300mg) for about 4 years (I think) and I have a rash of loads of spots on my back and my chest I only noticed it a few days ago and are not sure if it’s related or not.

Have a word with a pharmacist they will be able to tell you.
Could just be a mild skin reaction / dermatitis. Check your diet.
