Does anybody else suffer from a bad headache and nausea and sickness after a seizure? My son has this everytime and it is so distressing because he can't take painkillers for his headache as he is so sick. Is this common? x

Hi Tigerlily, so sorry to hear your son is suffering but yes I also have the same after effects sometimes worse than others along with diaoreah, which from the epilepsy group I belong to I believe is normal. I have to take myself off to bed for a good sleep until I feel better, maybe you need to discuss with his consultant to see if his medication can be changed if he is having lots of seizures, wish you all the best.
