If you have had measles and built up an immunity to the disease why would you want to be vaccinated against it again.

Is it the MMR vaccine? They are available separately. Sorry, I don't mean to sound patronising but MMR came in in 1988 and and I have no idea how old you are. I'd had all three by then.....long before.
