Hi, not sure about this brand, but I do find that the Beurer tens machine helps me when I have mild/moderate pain! Hope that helps 🙂

I have a MyOovi after being recommended it from a doctor in one of my many A&E trips. I find it really helpful unless my pain is extremely bad before I put it on, it lasts for hours and there are a fair few different modes as well as intensities😀

⁸Hi there, Yes it does help greatly.

At first you may find getting the right pulse for you.

I use the backpain pulse.

Electrods set across the top of hips at the widest point, almost on the sides of your body. NOT near your pain or Ovaries!

Switch on til you can feel a pulse at a low level but not spiking!

After a few minutes turn down til it's almost a tiny tickle. Perhaps just 1 or 2 on the settings. Within 10mins you should feel your pain has reduced.

I found that overtime you will find what is best for you.

It's amazing tool.

Hi,

I have found the myoovi to be really helpful. Like another comment says, it's not brilliant when the pain is quite severe, but most definitely worth the money. My only issue is the pads that come with it don't seem to stay as sticky for as long as they should, but that may well be something I am doing wrong, or the positioning that helps my pain may just not be good for them 😊. Hope you find something that helps either way.
